Bots are real fun, and can also be used in education. I have had my students keep conversations with bots. They have to analyze the language generated by the bot during the conversation. There are several free online bots. These are some:

Students are really lazy when they have to write a sentence. e.g. I made tea .This will show students how to extend their sentences.
